Refund policy

Returns & Refunds
Please contact Hellfire Offroad Lighting to arrange for any returns, for any reason. Our products come form various distributors and manufacturers whose individual return policies also vary, and all require that dealers such as Hellfire facilitate returns. We offer a 365-day, no questions asked return policy. In some cases that may be extended, please email support@hellfireoffroadlighting to inquire. All products have a minumum 1-year manufacturer warranty, however most items (dependent on manufacturer) have a much longer warranty with examples being Rigid Industries' lifetime warranty and KC Hilites' 23 year warranty.

Refunds will typically be issued after the product(s) have been received and inspected. In the case of items being returned for reasons other than damage or defective product, refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been inspected and found to be in new, undamaged condition with no obvious signs of having been installed. If we determine at our sole discretion that there are sufficient signs that the item(s) have in fact been installed, refunds and refund amounts will be issued at our sole discretion. Items are not typically refundable if installed prior to being returned (except in the case of defective products).
