Warranty and return process

Step 1

Please email us at support@hellfireoffroadlighting.com to request any returns. Make sure to include all pertinent information such as your full name, shipping address, and order number.

Step 2

We will review your submitted form and make sure all the information and details of your case are complete. Then we will send you an email. 

Step 3

Once you receive the email and approve, please follow the instructions in the email and send the product (prepaid) back to the manufacturer, Auxbeam.

Step 4

Once you have shipped your product to Auxbeam, you will receive an email confirmation when your product has been received. Auxbeam will review your case and either repair or replace your item. Please wait patiently because the processing time is 7-10 business days.

 

Warranty terms and conditions

The products must be returned to Auxbeam for inspection. After we determine that it has a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge. At the same time, we will confirm whether the product qualifies to be repaired or replaced under our 1-year warranty. If you don't wish to have your product repaired or replaced, we do offer a 30 day money-back guarantee for standard returns.

 

1-year warranty policy

We provide warranty for our products for a period up to 1 year. Within the period covered under warranty, we will repair or replace any Auxbeam product that has ceased to function properly. Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all Auxbeam products will receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.
